Price Structure
TFS Legal provides two price structures, namely:
Together with reduced rates for work exceeding the pre-determined appointed hours on the following basis:
- TFS Legal will provide advice and legal services throughout the month, on all of our services listed above.
- These services will be covered by the consultancy fee up to a pre-determined amount of billing hours.
- Services which are required to be performed outside of the pre-determined hours will attract a reduced hourly fee.
- Upon expiry of the predetermined hours you will be notified of the switch to an hourly fee system.
- The consultancy fee is determined according to the extent of the services required, the resources that will be required to be allocated to each matter and the skill and expertise required in providing the services.
Based on hours of work.
- The ad hoc billing system will be invoiced on a monthly basis. The hourly rate will be determined taking into account the extent, complexity and resources required.
